  • First inferior molar was removed after diagnostic of fracture. The technique selected was immediate implant. In the same procedure, the tooth was extracted, the implant was placed, and the gap was filled with a bone substitute. The implant was immediately loaded with a screw retained Peek Abutment and a provisional Acrylic Crown.
  • After 4 months of healing, the implant was scanned with a Scan body.
  • 15 days later a ceramic crown was installed over a Titanium Base 0.8-4.5-4 with a self-adhesive resin cement
The crown was installed with proper torque (20N) and the screw hole was filled with resin.
