Bemerkungen
- The patient had a cross bite on teeth 4.3 and 4.2 with a lower midline deviated to the right. This was due to active retainer.
- To improve the midline, I performed IPR on lower incisors. That way, I also got space to retract the lower incisors and correct the crossbite.
- In addition, I performed upper and lower expansion to gain space and improve the shape of the arches.
