Bemerkungen
The patient had vestibularization of the lower teeth, lower midline to the left, and different torques in the lower anterior teeth. I performed IPR to correct the midline, and to have space for lower anterior retraction. I performed this retraction and after having an adequate overjet, we corrected tooth 2.2 downwards. In this way, we were able to correct the anterior crossbite, correct the deviated midline.
