Bemerkungen
- This is a dental deep bite in the skeletal open bite configuration case.
- Anterior intrusion without posterior extrusion was planned to correct anterior deep bite and maintain the lower facial height.
- Since the original retroclination of the lower incisors, proclination was favorable to gain space for correction of crowding and relative intrusion to correct deep bite.
- Severe rotation of 35 was corrected effectively by optimized rotational attachment together with using lingual button and power chain as the auxiliary mechanic.
- 27 was intruded until completely level with 26 without undesirable buccal crown torque by Invisalign biomechanic.
- A set of additional aligners was prescribed for detailing and settling the final occlusion.
- Dental implant at tooth 37 will be placed soon after the COVID-19 situation has resolved.
