- Expansion and IPR were performed on both arches to treat crowding.
- Proclination of lower anteriors helped us end with a better overjet.
- Class II correction was achieved in additional aligners with posterior IPR and Class II elastics.
- Because of the patient's impending wedding, the chief goal was to treat crowding and achieve a better smile in the initial aligners.
- Class II treatment was, therefore, dropped to the additional stage.
- Bleaching was done after Invisalign treatment.
