Bemerkungen
- Sequential distalization of Q2 and Q3 were planned with reciprocal space closure by sequential retraction of 3 4 5 and sequential protraction of 7 & 8 on Q1 and Q4.
- Vertical elastics from 17 to 47 were utilized in lateral sages of first treatment to correct scissor bite and to prevent dumping during space closure.
- Extraction space was almost closed with a tiny space between 42 43 after the first treatment.
- Additional aligners were planned to close the space, coincide midline, and improve occlusion.
- Class III elastics were used with additional aligners.
