- Invisalign is good for molar distalization and crowding correction.
- The upper left first molar was distally moved by 1.5mm.
- Class II elastics were used to enhance maxillary anchorage and help retract upper incisors.
- Upper and lower midlines were both adjusted.
- The aligner treatment was finished in 11 months with good result.
- 27 was intruded for 3mm and a fixed bonded retainer was use to maintain the vertical position of 27 before 37 restoration.
- 37 was restored by implant and PFM.
