Bemerkungen
1. Both upper and lower 1st premolars as well as 18, 28 and 38 were extracted and maximum anchorage was designed to help correct skeletal bimaxillary protrusion
2. 38 was used to replace 37, segmental archwire technique was used for a short time during 38 mesialization and space closure between 37 and 38
3. Power ridge design was used in both upper and lower anterior teeth to help prevent periodontal iatrogenic sequelae such as further gingival recession and additional bone loss during orthodontic treatment
4. Premolars extrusion combined with anterior teeth intrusion to help level the curve of spee
5. Both upper and lower dental arch were reshaped and coordinated
6. IPR was performed to help correct Bloton discrepancy in upper and lower anterior region as well as reduce black triangle in upper and lower anterior teeth
