Bemerkungen
- The patient started to have permanent teeth, but the upper central incisors were opened, and there was no space for the lateral incisors, so he visited the dentist with his parents.
- Using Invisalign First, the expansion of the upper and lower dental arch, the arrangement of the crooked incisors, and the regaining of the 1.2 and 2.2 eruption spaces were planned.
- The patient wore aligners well cooperatively. After wearing the first set for eight months, we achieved the treatment goals and decided to wait for #12, 22 teeth eruption.
- After waiting for six months, Additional aligners were ordered, including newly erupting and missing teeth.
- The second set was also worn well by the patient for three months.
- Finally, the upper and lower permanent incisors were arranged esthetic, and spaces for other permanent teeth were prepared.
