- In this case we have made a mandibular advance to align, level, and correct the Spee and then we have made a mandibular advance with short class II elastics.
- In the refinement, we have finished getting the class by performing a distalization and we have closed the spaces a little, leaving room for the eruption of the canines.
- Between the first and second batch of aligners we have left rest time without aligners to allow the eruption of the permanent teeth.
