- This is a Class II div.1 malocclusion with protrusion case.
- 3.5 and 4.5 Congenital are missing over lower arch
- The plan is to extract 1.4 and 2.4 and close all spaces in upper by using maximal anchorage with G6 protocol .
- The space in the lower is closed using moderate anchorage with lower molar mesialization to achieve Class I at the end.
- Intrusion of both upper and lower incisors to correct the overbite and gummy smile.
