- We closed all spaces by using mesialisation, expansion and the use of Class III elastics.
- Posterior cross bite was corrected and Class I relationship was achieved.
- Excellent cooperation on permanent use of elastics.
- Upper expansion was 50% overcorrected in Clincheck to accomplish correct arch width in molars and premolars.
- The patient has now nice full lateral smile corridors.
