- The patient started wearing elastics full time during refinement this helped to correct the Class II occlusion on both sides and closed the lower space successfully.
- I programmed some mesio-buccal molar rotation to assist the Class II correction.
- Attachments were placed on the palatal side of the upper incisors as per patient's request.
