- The patient's main complaint was the non-coincident midline and the relation of the canines (the patient is a dentist). All the movement to correct the midline was made with elastics and the patient was extremely disciplined. At the end of treatment the leveling between teeth 4.3 and 4.2 was not perfect, but the patient was already satisfied and did not want additional aligners.
