Bemerkungen
- Due to the Tooth size discrepancy we asked for additional aligners that gave even spacing on the upper 2-2 to prepare for composite bonding.
- Once we were prepped with proper spacing, we then layered upper 3-3 for proper gingival heights
- 3 more additional trays were requested with "pontic" teeth 2-2 with proper shapes and sizes use as a template and bond the upper 2-2 to complete the case and give the proper tooth sizing to close remaining spaces
- This last step A1E composite was used with the tray with the same steps as bonding attachments to get the final result of the upper 2-2.
