Bemerkungen
- Class II sagittal relationship corrected through the use of MA wings in combination with upper and lower expansion and anterior intrusion
- This combined dental action and functional action allowed us to significantly improve the deep bite and end phase 1 treatment with almost class I molar relationship considering that some posterior deciduous teeth still have to exfoliate and thus lee way space will be used
- Patient is currently in retention with vivera retainers in this standby phase, will wait for at least one year until the full permanent dentition will be out to evaluate the need for a short phase II to complete minor tooth movements
