- The treatment plan was to correct the crowding of both arches was expansion on both permanent and deciduous teeth
- Expansion 2 mm per quadrant
- Deep bite corrected through the upper intrusion of central incisors with the use of bite ramps
- In the lower arch, I expanded the same amount on both the permanent and the deciduous teeth.
- We kept the lower first molars still in the initial position.
