- To correct the dental class II relationship we distalized the upper molars to simultaneously correct the molar crossbite

- We placed buttons on the lingual surfaces of teeth 1.4, 2.4, 3.7 and 4.7 after aligner 25 to help correct the rotation of teeth 1.4 and 2.4
