- Alignments and turns have been corrected by increasing the space available for alignment by expanding the arches
- Improved posterior contacts with the extrusion of upper and lower molars and premolars
- Used intermaxillary elastics to improve posterior occlusion contacts and also the shape of the upper central incisors with IPR and total diastema closure
