- In this case, both upper and lower incisors have been protruded and intruded to achieve a correct overbite, a correct highlight, and to level the Spee curve.
- Class I right has been corrected by de-rotating premolars and thus taking space to get it.
- In the end, 12 and 22 that were small, have been rebuilt.
- The patient made the changes every 15 days because it was very difficult for him to adapt the aligner in the incisors.
