- The most important treatment was to expand the maxillary arch to promote the forward growth of the mandible.
- Three-dimensional adjustments of the upper and lower arches were important in the Class II malocclusion treatment.
- Horizontally, aligners to expand the upper and lower arches.
- Vertically, curve of Spee was leveled.
- Sagitally, the upper molars were distalized to retract the upper anterior teeth and decrease the anterior overjet.
