- To reduce the vertical dimension and rotate the mandible counterclockwise, I planned to intrude posterior teeth sequentially.
- To move 1.1 & 2.1 lingually, I planned the expansion of both arches sequentially with sequential intrusion of posterior teeth.
- To achieve normal overbite, intrusion of incisors was planned with precision bite ramps.
