Comentarios
- Velocity & staging -I would advise 1–1.5 mm maximum extrusion and slow down the velocity of extrusion to 0.1 mm per aligner and spend 2.5 weeks per aligner during active anterior extrusion stage
- IPR - not required in this case but can aid in retro-clination of the upper and/or lower incisors.
- Attachments - I have most success when treating
anterior open bites by using beveled horizontal attachments or Optimized Anterior Extrusion attachments - Tooth Positions - Ideally, all the teeth should move simultaneously to their final positions.
