Comentarios
- The patient agreed in closing the open bite by anterior upper extrusion only, and accepted that she would show more of the anterior gengiva than before
- I didn´t want to proclinate any teeth because she already has a thin gengival-type
- I preferred to use IPRS instead to retract the lower anterior a little bit
- To create space to the rotated upper anteriors, and to give her a proper overjet, protecting her anterior tooth from more wear.
- I restored her incisal edges to the correct form.
