Comentarios
- The severe crowding in the lower anterior region was corrected by gaining space with IPR, expansion, and proclination
- We chose to not extract due to the retroclined incisors and the patient's straight facial profile
- Invisalign treatment can successfully level and align severely crowded teeth without any tooth flaring as we see with the fixed appliance system
- Without any elastics, the midline deviation correction and some amount of upper molar distalization were achieved by only clear aligner therapy
