- Distalization was planned for the upper left arch and a combination of distalization and mesialization for the upper right arch
- Class II elastics (6 1/2 oz 4.8mm heavy) were advised for night use only
- At the end of the initial aligners, the closure of all extraction spaces was achieved
- For midline correction the patient used class 2 elastics on the left side and class 3 elastics on the right side during the 2nd additional aligners phase
- The patient's cooperation was so good that he used elastics for 24/7 instead of only during the night
