- The patient had a crossbite on teeth 4.3 with a lower midline deviated to the right.
- To improve the midline and Class I relationship on both sides I performed IPR on lower anteriors and with this result, I also gained space for 4.3 tooth to correct the crossbite.
- In addition, proclination and expansion of upper arch I opened 1mm space for upper laterals to treat them with laminate veneers.
