Comentarios
- In the first aligner set, upper molars were distalized by 2 mm to improve the posterior teeth occlusion.
- Upper and lower teeth spaces were closed with linguoversion of the incisors. Also, the upper and lower incisors were intruded by 1.7 and 2.0 respectively to achieve normal overjet and overbite.
- The patient was very cooperative and aligners were changed on a weekly basis.
- After using the first set of aligners, all the spaces were closed and the patient was already very satisfied with the change and wanted to finish the treatment, but I have convinced him to continue for better finishing.
- For the detailing part, the alignment and midline overcorrection was requested at the additional aligners.
- After using the additional aligner set, teeth alignment and midline coincidence were significantly improved.
- At the end of the treatment, the patient was very satisfied with the treatment, because of the aesthetic smile and comfortable occlusion.
