Comentarios
- The initial set of aligners was made of 38 steps.
- For the correction of the crowding and anterior crossbite, the upper arch was expanded.
- Lingually positioned tooth #1.2 was moved labially and proclinated.
- For the correction of crossbite and bite jumping of tooth #1.2, occlusal attachments on the lower second molar (#3.7 and 4.7) were made during the aligner 1 - 30.
- IPR was conducted on the upper and lower anterior teeth.
- Patient showed mild skeletal Class III relationship, so the amount of IPR was bigger on the lower arch than on the upper arch.
- Patient was advised to wear each step of aligners for one week.
- She was a very good and cooperative patient.
- After the first set, the upper and lower crowded dentition was aligned well, and the crossbite was corrected.
- For the occlusal improvement and upper incisor axis correction, an additional aligner of 14 steps was made.
- After the additional aligner set, the upper and lower dentition showed a well-aligned and coordinated relationship.
- The upper and lower midline was harmonic with the facial midline.
