Comentarios
- Spacing on the upper and lower arches was provided by IPR and expansion . The anterior teeth were aligned to improve the protrusion and midline. The overbite and overjet were adjusted to the normal overbite and overjet.
- The maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were intruded while the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were aligned, which shortened the number of treatment steps and improved the treatment efficiency.
- The extrusion of the 22 teeth was successfully achieved by attaching button to the lip side of tooth 22 , making a precision cut on the palatal side, and using 1/8, 3.5 Oz elastics for traction. In cases where the lateral incisors need to be extruded, it can be successfully achieved with the proper use of clinical procedures.
