- We re-established the functions, through the expansion (with molar move first staging) alignment and leveling all the teeth during the expansion.
- We also achieved Class I molar and canine on the left side (by expansion and distal rotation of 2.6).
- We corrected the cross bite with expansion and putting the patient chewing through both sides.
- We correct the open bite with expansion and extrusion.
- We restored occlusal balance (allowing the mandible to bi-balance correctly).
- We improved the airway by nasal breathing and relocating the tongue in the palate (with arches development and tongue trust).
- We redirected growth (because we changed the occlusal plane and we correct imbalance).
