Comentarios
- In Upper arch, I started with expansion + buccal root torque + mesial-out rotation of upper molars, premolars and canines. This made a space opening for bringing UR2 into position and correcting it's crossbite.
- Once the space was opened I protruded + buccal root torque + horizontal rectangular attachment on UR2 and brought it into it's designated position.
- I have also proclined and derotated and aligned upper incisors. After that i did intrusion + retrusion + palatal root torque of upper incisors to position them ideally into the arch and to close all spaces which opened due to previous proclinaiton.
- In lower arch I started with proclinaiton + derotation + relative intrusion of lower incisors. Expansion + distal-out rotation of lower canines. Expansion of lower molars and premolars which corrected cross bite of LR5.
- After lower incisors were fully proclined , derotated and aligned I started the leveling of increased curve of Spee, which caused deep bite, by intrusion + retrusion + lingual root torque of lower incisors and canines. This resulted with deep bite correction and leveled curve of Spee.
