- Deep bite was controlled with posterior anchorage attachments, both maxillary and mandibular
- Maxillary lingual bite ramps, and intrusion of incisors
- Better results were achieved on the lower arch with the leveling of the curve of Spee
- The upper anterior teeth were more difficult because of the missing lateral incisor and the internal resorption present on the right central incisor
- Arch coordination was achieved in conjunction with his dentist to make sure that we achieved canine guidance and proper spacing for future dental work
