- The desired treatment outcome was achieved through a combination of sequential distalization of the posterior in the upper left quadrant and mesialization of 1.4 in order to create space for the eruption of the transposed 1.3
- The curve of Spee was leveled in the lower arch with the intrusion of the lower anterior
- Class II elastics were added for anchorage during the distalization process
- While leveling the curve of Spee we used lingual root torque on the lower incisors for control of the root inclination
