- We wanted to improve the protruded lateral profile of this patient
- We extracted all the first premolars and retracted the upper and lower anterior teeth
- This patient has moderate periodontitis with moderate gingival recession and alveolar bone resorption, which leads to the long clinical crowns
- Because of this the anchorage control and anterior torque, control is easier than for patients with short clinical crowns
- G6 optimized attachments are a good solution for first premolar extraction cases and were applied on 3 quadrants (1,2 and 4)
