- The Invisalign aligners was a good choice for space closure and alignment, but the vertical relationship was at risk
- At the end of the initial treatment, we could see an overbite
- We used one refinement to intrude the incisors and simultaneous overcorrection of anterior
- Power ridges were used to control the inclination of the upper central incisors and lower incisors
- After the refinement, all treatment goals were achieved and the patient gained a beautiful profile
