Treatment Summary

Pre surgical orthodontics: alignment and leveling of both upper and lower denture
Coordination of both upper and lower dental arch shape, extraction of 1.4 and 2.4 to retract upper anterior teeth for decompensation. Resolving upper denture crowding and correct upper dental midline deviation. Crow root torque combined with root lingual torque was used for lower anterior teeth for decompensation, power ridge was used for lower anterior teeth to prevent periodontal complications such as gingival recession, alveolar bone dehiscence, and fenestration, IPR was used to correct Bolton discrepancy
Orthognathic surgery: Le fort I osteotomy was performed for maxillary advancement, Bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy was performed for mandible setback and derotation
Post-surgical orthodontics: correct and stabilize post-surgical jaw position and relationship as well as detailing the final occlusal relationships
