Commentaires
In this treatment, expansion and adequate coordination of arches were combined. In addition, the use of IPR to achieve the correction of the midline and retraction of the lower anteriors for a better anterior realtionship and adequate overjet and canine guidance to avoid continuing the dental wear. . No elastics were used. The patient's collaboration was essential to achieve all the objectives in just 3 and a half months without any additional method of acceleration.
