Commentaires
This patient had mild crowding and protruded lateral profile caused by moderate bimaxillary. The detailed treatment process is as follows:
- Extrusion was performed on all four third molars (18, 28, 38, 48), to ensure enough space for distalization.
- With enough space in the posterior molar area, I applied distalization on the upper and lower teeth sequentially with TADs.
- The retraction of anterior teeth in both arches achieved a better profile for the patient.
