Commentaires
- 15, 17, 25, 27, 34, 35, 37, 44, 45 and 47 were all included in treatment during refinements after eruption.
- Dental expansion was designed for narrow upper dental arch to coordinate upper and lower dental arch width.
- Upper anterior teeth proclination, upper posterior teeth distalization, diastema, as well as upper dental expansion were used to provide spaces to include the impacted 13 and 23.
- Different amount of posterior teeth distalization was performed to correct asymmetric dental arch forms in both upper and lower denture.
- Lower anterior teeth intrusion and upper anterior teeth extrusion were designed to level Curve of Spee, maintain anterior overbite as well as achieve an aesthetic smile line.
- Class III elastics were used to distalize lower posterior teeth and retract lower anterior teeth to help correct Class III malocclusion and achieve normal anterior overjet.
