- 1-Invisalign Moderate plan with goal of true intrusion of upper anterior and closure of upper anterior space, create space distal to upper lateral incisor for prosthetic replacement and open vertical space in anterior region for replacement of lower missing teeth
- 2- anchorage attachment places on1.2 and 2.2 to carry out absolute intrusion of 1.1 & 2.1
- 3- anchorage attachment planned on posterior teeth for better aligner anchorage due to short clinical crown height . Root up righting and rotation control attachment planned with 1.3 and 2.3
- 3- treatment carried out in one set of aligner without refinement
- 4 -cosmetic composite build up done with 1.1 and 2.1
- 5- As patient is heavy bruxer implant Prosthesis was not considered
- 5-Prosthetic replacement on space distal to upper laterals with zirconia layering ceramic bridge.
- 6-Prosthetic replacement of lower anterior space 3.1 and 4.1 with zirconia layering ceramic bridge.
- 7- Removable night guard to prevent further attrition of posteriors and counseling session with patient and advised follow up after 6 month.
