Commentaires
- Upper arch posterior bilateral expansion in order to correct the lateral cross-bite on the right side.
- Upper Incisor proclination.
- Conventional lingual bite ramps at lingual of UR1 and UL2 helped to intrude upper central incisors.
- Aesthetic Start of lower anterior from L1 to L7. The patient achieves partial lower anterior alignment so becomes motivated and the compliance in wearing full time 22 hours aligners+class III elastics is guaranteed.
- Lower Second Molar distalisation measurements : 3.4 mm distalisation of LR7 and 3.2 mm distalisation of LL7.
- Sequential lower arch distalisation : " When the lower second molar has been distalized 50% of the total distalisation distance then the first Lower molars start to distalize ( this sequence is applied for lower second premolars, first premolars, canines and lower incisors )
- Full time 22 hours Class III elastics + Aligner wear during total treatment time.
- Intrusion of teeth UR1, UL1 was done in order to level upper incisor gingival margins and also to leave space for composite reconstruction of teeth UR1, UL1
