Commentaires
- This is a borderline case which must consider extraction of premolars for severe crowding and profiles, but p't don't want to extract premolars.
- I did clincheck treatment plan for both extraction and non-ext.
- In the non-ext set up, we get space from IPR both arch and do superimpose at the end to ensure no any protrusion.
- We also design asymmetrical IPR for midline correction.
- IPR is useful for cases with potentially black triangle after leveling and alignment.
