Commentaires
- Patient has a class II of the left side and midline deviation. The patient did not want to use elastics fulltime, so we decided to solve the crownding with IPR, expansion, and elastics at night for anchorage. We needed additional aligners to solve some small residual rotations. In the first set of aligners we changed it every 2 weeks, and we did a 1 week change in the additional aligners.
