Commentaires
- The anterior open bite, anterior proclination combined with narrow arches and crowding was a tough basically because not only the alignement and expansión could make the anterior open bite to get worse, I combined a mild expansion on the upper and lower arches, with anterior and posterior IPR in the lower arch to be able to solve the problem of the crowding without the need of proclination.
- The first set of aligners were made after taking PVS impressions and the following sets after scanning with iTero Element.
The first set of aligners were changed every 2 weeks but in the refinement stage the patient was asked to do it every week. - The 1.2 and 2.2 teeth were reshaped wearing just a small part of the incisal edge to improve their shape
