Commentaires
- Expansion: Maxilla and Mandible Arches.
- Derotation of Upper First Molars.
- Midline Centering: Space was achieved with the arch expansion and low IPR in order to move lower midline 2 mm to the left side and move upper midline 1.5 mm to the right side.
- Buccal Torque was planned at upper and lower canine,premolars and molars in order to achieve a better aesthetic smile.
- Open bite correction: Once upper and lower arches were expanded and aligned we placed multi-tooth .
- Class II Elastics were used in order to achieve Class I molar and canine on the right side.
