- The upper and lower molars were distalized more than 3mm on each side.
- Normally, TADs were needed to inhance anterior anchorage. In this case, lingual angulation of upper and lower incisor provided extra anchorage.
- The proclination of upper and lower incisors is helpful for deep bite correction.
