By extracting 4 first premolars, using the traditional attachment, biteramps and powerridge to retract the anterior teeth. Final check of X-ray(pano) shows ideal axial inclination and torque. By the end of invisalign treatment , bimaxillary protrusion had been improved and finally obtain perfect profile and smile line.
