- We conducted upper and lower molar distalization on both sides to improve crowding without TADs.
- In initial aligners, we continued using Class II elastics (3/16 inch, 4.5 OZ) on the left side.
- In Additional Aligners, we continued using Vertical elastics (1/8 inch, 6.5 OZ) on both sides.
Precision bite ramp was very effective to improve deep bite in Additional Aligners.
