- The main concern was to solve the crowding of lower and upper teeth
- Important was to prevent the lower incisors from colliding against the upper incisors during the treatment
- Treatment plan was to expand and a mild protrusion of both arches to improve the narrow arches
- Due to the Mandibular excess of Bolton index IPR was performed on both arches
- We decided to use double retainers (fixed and Vivera) to maintain the final results
